Soooooo, Trump Supporters Are Wearing Trash Bags To Rallies After Biden Seemingly Called Them "Garbage," And Yes, This Is Real

Though it already feels like a lifetime ago in this cesspool of an election season, I'm sure you remember Donald Trump's Madison Square Garden rally hosted last week. You know — the one filled with bouts of racism, including from comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, who referred to Puerto Rico as a "floating island of garbage."

Well, shortly after the rally, President Joe Biden joined a call with the advocacy group Voto Latino, where he condemned Hinchcliffe's words, saying, “Just the other day, a speaker at his rally called Puerto Rico a floating island of garbage... The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters."

"His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable, and it’s un-American. It’s totally contrary to everything we’ve done, everything we’ve been,” Biden concluded.

The current president has since suggested that he was referring to Hinchcliffe as "garbage" and not Trump supporters in general.

WELL, MAGA voters were not happy with Biden possibly calling them trash, but some decided to wear the title with honor by donning literal garbage bags at Trump rallies.

I'm being so serious.

These are Trump supporters waiting outside of the Desert Diamond Arena ahead of his appearance.

Some accessorize their trash bags with "Make Garbage Great Again" signs...

...recycled MAGA Deplorable DIYs...

...or simple "Team Trump" trash bags.

One person was spotted prettying up their trash bag with a bunch of Trump–Vance stickers.

My personal favorite is this person's callback to the day Trump pretended to work at McDonald's for a photo-op, combined with the trash bag. Truly an iconic duo.

So yeah! Trump supporters are wearing trash bags. What a week to be alive.
